Our Mission
Our mission at Shalom Home Care Providers is to provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home. The physical, emotional, and lifestyle adjustments brought on by maturing is challenging enough. Our services are distinguished by the caliber of our caregivers, the responsiveness of our staff and our commitment to you for entrusting us with your loved one. We embody a positive, balanced approach centered around aging and health conditions affecting the daily activities of life.
Our Caregivers
The goal of Shalom Home Care Providers is to have a reputation for hiring the highest caliber caregivers. Our applicants must have at least two years of caregiving experience and must have excellent references and pass a national background check prior to employment. We strive for nothing short of excellence, so our stringent hiring practice can ensure your loved one is receiving the best quality care. On average only 1 out of every 10 caregiver applicants are hired. All of our caregivers are employees and not independent contractors.
